What this workflow does

• Receives visitor messages from the @n8n/chat widget trigger.
• Cleans and validates input; if the message is empty, it returns a prompt to the visitor.
• Uses an OpenAI-powered agent with session memory to search the n8n Data Table knowledge_base and generate a structured, grounded reply.
• Captures leads with consent: when the visitor explicitly consents and provides a name and a valid email, it appends the lead to a Google Sheets “Leads” tab and sends you a Gmail notification.
• Handles unsupported answers: if the answer isn’t supported, it logs the question to the n8n Data Table unanswered_questions (including missing info) and returns a fallback response offering human follow-up.
