This AI Call Triage n8n workflow receives post-call transcripts from your voice AI phone agent, uses OpenAI to extract intent/urgency and appointment requests, logs everything in Google Sheets, optionally books in Google Calendar with duplicate checks, and notifies the owner via Gmail (with optional urgent Telegram alerts for high/emergency cases).

What this workflow does

• Receives end-of-call reports via Webhook, immediately returns HTTP 200, and can validate a shared secret and ignore non-finished call events.
• Prevents duplicate processing by looking up the caller number and call_id in a Google Sheets “Calls” log.
• AI triage with OpenAI: extracts intent, urgency, caller details, open questions, and any requested appointment time from the transcript; if extraction fails, it records a manual-review note.
• Routes the call by intent/urgency, silently treating spam/wrong numbers as log-only and optionally sending an instant Telegram alert for high/emergency calls.
• Books appointments in Google Calendar (optional): when an appointment time is provided, checks for same-day duplicates and creates a new event only if none is found.
• Logs and notifies: appends a flat call record to Google Sheets and sends a concise Gmail summary to the owner with required follow-ups (including booking status/link when applicable).
