What this workflow does

• Triggers on new CV submissions: starts when a new Gmail message arrives with an attachment (or optionally when a file is created in a specified Google Drive folder).
• Detects file type & extracts text: handles PDF and DOCX CV attachments and extracts resume text accordingly.
• Parses CVs into structured JSON: uses OpenAI to convert CV text into fields such as experience, skills, education, and projects, while discarding protected attributes.
• Scores against your Airtable job description: pulls the active job description (and optional booking link) from an Airtable Config table, then uses OpenAI to generate a score, strengths, gaps, recommendation, and screening questions.
• Updates your Airtable pipeline: creates a new record in an Airtable Pipeline table, including scoring output and mapped status.
• Routes results:
  • Shortlisted and needs review candidates are posted to Slack.
  • Shortlisted candidates receive a booking link via Gmail.
  • Rejected candidates are held in Airtable without notifications.
• Weekly digest: runs every Monday morning, reviews the last 7 days of pipeline records, computes totals and average score, and posts a weekly summary to Slack.
