What this workflow does

• Chat-driven intake with OpenAI: The workflow listens for messages from a public chat interface and uses an OpenAI-powered agent to ask one question at a time, gather symptom and patient details, and provide brief precautionary guidance.
• Session continuity: It continues the conversation using saved session memory.
• Checks availability in Google Sheets: It retrieves open appointment slots from the Google Sheets sheet named “Appointment Possibilities” and presents a small set of available options for the patient to choose.
• Logs appointment details: After selection, it writes or updates the patient’s appointment record (name, contact details, city, date/time, and conversation summary) in “Appointments Schedule” on Google Sheets.
• Schedules the visit in Google Calendar: It creates a Google Calendar event for the selected time and includes the structured conversation summary in the event description.
• Emails the doctor via Outlook: It sends a structured appointment email containing the patient history and key details to the doctor using the Microsoft Outlook tool.
