What this workflow does

The system operates through two connected workflows that turn Gmail into a comprehensive lead desk. The first workflow continuously monitors your Gmail inbox, retrieves and cleans incoming emails, then uses AI to analyze each message across multiple dimensions including urgency, intent, sentiment, department requirements, technical details, and business value. Each classified email receives a color-coded response deadline:

• RED: Critical issues requiring response within 1 hour
• ORANGE: Urgent leads or follow-ups needing 4-hour response
• YELLOW: Standard leads or requests with 24-hour deadline
• GREEN: Low-priority messages allowing 48-hour response

The classified data is published to Redis for real-time processing. The second workflow listens for Redis events and automatically logs each case to Supabase/PostgreSQL, creating a structured CRM database with follow-up tracking capabilities.
