What this workflow does

• Receives patient messages via a POST webhook (the chatbot sends the chat message to n8n).
• AI triages severity and emotion using Mistral AI, then logs severe/panicked cases to Supabase and emails staff via Gmail.
• Interprets booking requests with a Mistral AI agent using conversation memory, deciding whether to answer normally or call Supabase tools to:
  • register patients
  • list doctors
  • view, book, or cancel appointments
• Handles medical questions by searching the medical_knowledge table in Supabase and replying using retrieved content.
• Returns a plain-text response via the webhook response to the calling chatbot.
• Runs daily automations:
  • No-show risk scoring from Supabase appointment history, writing high-risk flags to risk_alerts
  • Appointment reminders for appointments scheduled in the next three hours, emailing patients via Gmail
