This AI Job Application Automation n8n workflow doesn’t stop at finding jobs. It runs daily to search LinkedIn Jobs, RemoteOK, and We Work Remotely, uses AI to score fit, drafts a tailored application note, and then connects with the right person at the company—under your profile.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily using a single configuration step for your keywords, geo, freshness window, candidate profile, preferences, and the people you want to reach at each company.
• Launches Periodix Actions to:
  • Run a LinkedIn Jobs search
  • Query RemoteOK and We Work Remotely in parallel from their feeds
• Normalizes, merges, and deduplicates results by URL or company + title.
• For jobs missing a known LinkedIn company (common on RemoteOK/We Work Remotely), it searches LinkedIn company pages by name and verifies the match using normalized name similarity.
• AI scores each job (1–10) for profile fit and classifies work mode; only jobs with a score ≥ 5 and that are not hybrid-too-far move forward.
• Drafts a short, specific application note for each surviving job.
• If a company is resolved, it searches for the right people by chosen titles and picks the one whose headline actually matches your request, then drafts and sends a personalized connection request.
