What this workflow does

• Receives applications using an n8n Form Trigger with applicant details and an uploaded resume.
• Creates a unique Application ID, loads the role configuration, and validates the submission.
• Logs invalid entries to Google Sheets and alerts an admin in Slack.
• De-duplicates by checking Google Sheets for an existing applicant with the same email and posts a Slack notice if it’s a duplicate.
• Extracts resume text. If parsing fails, it records the issue in Google Sheets and emails the candidate via Gmail to re-upload a readable file.
• Evaluates candidates with Google Gemini: sends resume text + job requirements to extract structured candidate data, generate a `fit score`, recommend next steps, and flag potential risks.
• Writes evaluation results back to Google Sheets and routes outcomes through Slack and Gmail (shortlist notification, review FYI, manual-review request, or rejection email).
