Stop manually scanning AI job boards. This n8n workflow automatically pulls recent AI job postings from Adzuna, RapidAPI JSearch, and Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby, then uses Google Gemini to score each role against your resume and logs only the best matches (score > 70) into Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a schedule every two hours to keep results fresh.
• Generates target AI job titles to search, then pulls recent postings for each title.
• Normalizes job data from multiple sources into a consistent format (Adzuna + JSearch + Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby job boards).
• Merges and deduplicates jobs across sources by URL across workflow runs.
• Filters for AI-related titles, removes senior roles by title, and limits batch size.
• Scores jobs with Gemini: for each remaining job, it sends the job details plus your pasted resume to Google Gemini to produce:
  • a JSON match score
  • a one-sentence reason
  • missing skills (with throttling and retries)
• Appends to Google Sheets only jobs scoring above 70, including job details, score, rationale, missing skills, and a default status.

Technical details

• Adzuna: add app_id and app_key in the HTTP requests (replace <<<PASTE…>>> placeholders).
• RapidAPI JSearch: add the JSearch RapidAPI key.
• Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby job board polling + filtering for AI titles.
• Google Gemini (Google AI Studio): provide API key/credential and paste your full resume as plain text.
• Google Sheets: create the sheet with required headers; connect credentials and set the target spreadsheet/sheet name for appends.
