What this workflow does

• Runs daily and loads your job keywords, geo, freshness window, candidate profile, preferences, and your target “who to reach” details from a single configuration step.
• Uses Periodix Actions to run a LinkedIn Jobs search, while RemoteOK and We Work Remotely are queried in parallel from their own feeds.
• Deduplicates merged results and resolves missing LinkedIn company IDs by searching LinkedIn company pages via Periodix Actions.
• For RemoteOK/We Work Remotely listings without a known LinkedIn company, it verifies matches using normalized name similarity (not just the top result).
• Scores every job from 1–10 for fit, classifies work mode, and only moves forward when the score is 5 or higher and work mode isn’t “hybrid-too-far.”
• Drafts a short, specific application note with AI for each surviving job.
• Finds people at the resolved company matching your chosen titles, selecting the person whose headline actually matches your request.
• Uses AI to draft a personalized connection request referencing the specific role.
