This AI Readiness Survey Scoring Workflow for n8n collects survey responses from an n8n Form, scores each lead using fixed rules, generates an OpenAI-checked report, and emails it via Gmail—while saving lead records in an n8n Data Table and preparing optional follow-ups.

What this workflow does

• Triggers on submissions (or runs daily on a schedule to prepare follow-ups) and loads shared configuration values.
• Creates and updates an “AI readiness leads” n8n Data Table (if missing).
• Calculates five readiness scores, an overall level, and a lead priority from the submitted answers.
• Blocks bot submissions and disposable/invalid email addresses so no report is generated or sent.
• Checks prior submissions in the Data Table to avoid sending a second report within the configured resubmission window. Optionally computes benchmark comparisons once enough leads exist.
• Uses OpenAI (structured output) to write a personalized report, then checks it for rule violations and retries once with a rewritten version if needed.
• Builds an HTML email report and either sends via Gmail or creates a Gmail draft for manual review. It then saves the lead and emails you a lead alert.
• Each morning, finds consenting leads whose reports were sent a set number of days ago and creates a follow-up Gmail draft, then marks it as drafted in the Data Table.
