Stop chasing late payments manually. This AI Rent Reminder n8n workflow reads your tenants from Google Sheets, generates a tailored reminder email with OpenAI, sends it via Gmail, and alerts you in Telegram—including a weekly collections summary delivered the same way.

What this workflow does

Morning run (scheduled daily):

• Runs every morning and reads tenant records from the TenantLedger tab.
• Validates required fields: tenant name, email, due day, and rent amount. If any row is missing data, it sends a Telegram alert.
• Calculates each tenant’s due date and days overdue, then selects tenants whose rent is due/overdue and not marked as paid.
• Uses OpenAI to generate a short rent reminder email with a tone based on how many days overdue they are (e.g., gentle, firm, or final).
• Sends the reminder via Gmail, appends an entry to the ReminderLog tab in Google Sheets, and notifies the landlord in Telegram when the stage is firm or final.

Weekly run (Monday):

• Summarizes your ledger with OpenAI into a weekly rent report.
• Emails the report via Gmail and posts the same summary to Telegram.
