This AI Sales Agent n8n workflow handles multi-channel lead qualification and consultation booking end-to-end. When prospects message you on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or your n8n chat interface, the workflow uses OpenAI to respond with service info, qualify the lead, and route the conversation to an auto-booking flow via a calendarAgent sub-workflow.

What this workflow does

Once a new interaction begins on any supported channel, the automation performs:

• Channel trigger: starts when a new message arrives via WhatsApp, Facebook (Webhook), Instagram (Webhook), or the n8n Chat Trigger.
• Lead lookup & data capture: uses Airtable to check for existing WhatsApp leads and handle lead form submissions.
• AI-assisted sales conversations: runs the main agent logic with OpenAI (GPT-4o), supported by Whisper for audio transcription when needed.
• Knowledge-backed answers: queries a Supabase Vector Store (technical_and_sales_knowledge) to deliver accurate service and sales responses.
• Memory for continuity: stores and retrieves conversation history using PostgreSQL.
• Consultation booking: hands off to calendarAgent (integrated via n8n sub-workflow) to schedule appointments.
• CRM operations: uses crmAgent (integrated via n8n sub-workflow) to update and manage records in Airtable.
