What this workflow does

• Triggers on Opportunity updates in Salesforce.
• Calculates deal metrics from Opportunity fields, including a deal size category, probability level, and complexity.
• Pulls the current resource pool from a Google Sheets worksheet and combines it with the Opportunity metrics.
• Requests an AI staffing recommendation from OpenAI (configured for gpt-4o-mini) using the deal context and available resources.
• Parses the JSON output into structured assignment fields for pre-sales, consultant, and engineer roles, with fallbacks when values are missing or invalid.
• Creates a Salesforce Task and updates the Opportunity description with the recommended assignments.
• Posts to Slack the recommendation plus key deal metrics in a specified channel.
