What this workflow does

• Runs weekly every Monday at 08:00 (or can be triggered manually).
• Loads your tracking configuration (brand/competitors, prompts, target AI engines, and other settings) from an input JSON payload.
• Starts the Apify Actor touchrock/ai-share-of-voice with a maximum charge limit to evaluate your prompts across the selected AI engines.
• Monitors execution by polling the Apify run status every two minutes until it succeeds; if it exits non-successfully, the workflow errors.
• Retrieves the Actor OUTPUT report from Apify’s key-value store once the run succeeds.
• Transforms results into reporting rows—one row per brand and engine—including metrics such as mention rate, share of voice, average list rank, and citation rate.
• Appends rows to Google Sheets for ongoing weekly tracking (per-engine visibility over time).
