This n8n workflow turns one approved, uniquely identified Google Sheets brief into a finished vertical AI MP4 using Seedance scenes, an instrumental Stable Audio soundtrack, and timed captions. It’s designed for reliable production: it saves provider jobs between runs, validates the finished media, and routes final publishing through an authenticated review workflow before optional Blotato submission.

What this workflow does

• Reads the next approved brief from a Google Sheets Queue and loads (or creates) its authoritative, versioned n8n Data Table record.
• Generates a bounded scene plan using OpenAI structured output, then submits required Seedance clip requests and an instrumental Stable Audio soundbed via fal.ai.
• Persists provider job state: the workflow records each request intent before HTTP calls, stores returned provider job IDs, and runs one durable operation per execution. Subsequent runs poll/resume existing jobs.
• Renders the final video in Creatomate with explicit scene timing and caption overlays, then downloads the completed MP4.
• Inspects the MP4 by checking container metadata, dimensions, duration, audio stream, and SHA-256 bytes for integrity.
• Mirrors production status back to Google Sheets while keeping the Data Table as the authoritative source.
• Prevents risky publishing: provider media URLs are temporary, so the workflow emphasizes timely downloads and hands off for a separate authenticated review of the actual MP4 review ZIP.
