This n8n workflow captures construction incident reports with an uploaded photo, runs AI analysis with Walterwrites.ai image detection and Google Gemini, then posts a ready-to-review incident message to Slack and logs everything in Google Sheets.

What this workflow does

• Collects incident submissions via an n8n Form Trigger, including a property field, issue description, and an uploaded image.
• Builds an evidence record by extracting basic image metadata and generating a unique incident ID alongside the submitted details.
• Checks image authenticity likelihood by sending the photo to the Walterwrites.ai image detector API, calculating an AI-generated score and setting an authenticity status.
• Flags suspicious images: if the detector marks the image as suspicious, the workflow sends an alert message to a Slack channel for manual review.
• Creates a structured incident assessment: passes the photo and reported issue to Google Gemini (PaLM) using a structured output parser to generate JSON with category, severity, urgency, summary, and next action based only on what’s visible.
• Posts and logs: formats a Slack-ready incident message including risk/authenticity indicators, posts it to Slack, and appends/updates the incident record in Google Sheets.
