This n8n workflow automatically checks Trustpilot for newly posted 1–2 star reviews and posts clear alerts into Slack—so you can respond fast when negative feedback appears.

What this workflow does

• Runs every 6 hours on a schedule to stay up to date.
• Loads your monitoring settings, including the list of businesses to watch, the target star ratings (1 and 2), and per-run limits.
• Calls Apify’s Trustpilot Reviews Scraper (actor: heyitsgautham/trustpilot-reviews-scraper) to fetch Trustpilot reviews sorted by recency.
• Requests only reviews that are new since the last Apify run.
• Filters results to keep only successful review items from the Apify dataset output.
• Formats Slack-ready alerts including: star rating, business name, review date, review text, and a Trustpilot link (up to your configured limits).
• Posts each alert to your chosen Slack channel—and sends nothing when there are no new matching reviews.
