The Amazon Keyword Rank & Ad Alerts Workflow (Pangolinfo + Email) automatically checks your Amazon search rankings for a configured set of keywords, evaluates both organic and Sponsored visibility for your tracked ASINs, and sends you a Markdown email report only when ranks or ad placements fall outside your thresholds.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily (or on demand)—scheduled for 08:00, with a manual trigger option to start monitoring immediately.
• Loads monitoring settings including keywords, tracked ASINs, Amazon marketplace/location details (site/zipcode), rank thresholds, and alert recipients.
• Splits and validates keyword checks by running each keyword as its own monitoring job (with a configured limit example of max 20 keywords per run).
• Fetches real search results using Pangolinfo’s Amazon Search API for each keyword in the selected marketplace and location.
• Parses results by ASIN + placement, calculating the best (lowest) organic rank and Sponsored rank per tracked ASIN.
• Generates a single Markdown portfolio report covering all keywords and flags missing items or threshold breaches.
• Sends email only when attention is required; otherwise it returns/produces a “healthy” summary with the report content.

• n8n workflow using: Manual Trigger, Schedule (08:00), if, set, code, Email Send, and sticky note (for organization).
• Integration: n8n-nodes-pangolinfo community node with a Pangolinfo API credential.
• Output: Markdown report emailed to configured addresses when thresholds are exceeded.
