Apify Insolvency Monitor: automatic Polish watchlist alerts to Gmail & Google Sheets

Get notified only when new insolvency or restructuring-related entries appear for your Polish counterparties. This n8n workflow checks your Google Sheets watchlist against the KRZ National Debtor Register and the MSiG court gazette via Apify, then emails you a consolidated alert—optionally posting to Slack—without spamming duplicates.

What this workflow does

• Runs every Monday at 07:00 (or manually with a sample watchlist for testing).
• Reads your watchlist from Google Sheets and normalizes NIP/KRS identifiers, keeping only rows with valid identifiers.
• Searches the KRZ National Debtor Register for each company using Apify and formats results into alert-ready entries (including registry errors).
• De-duplicates previous findings by dropping KRZ items already reported in earlier executions.
• For newly detected KRZ proceedings, uses Apify to fetch proceeding type, status, case number, and start date.
• Searches the MSiG court gazette for the last 8 days, formats notices (or errors), and again removes items already reported previously.
• Combines all new KRZ + MSiG items into a single table-based HTML email.
• Sends one HTML email via Gmail and can optionally post the text version to Slack.
