With the Apify Journalist Request Finder → Google Sheets & Telegram Digest n8n workflow, you’ll collect new open journalist requests from Apify’s Journalist Request Finder, save them in Google Sheets, and send a filtered, deadline-sorted shortlist to Telegram every morning.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8am on a schedule.
• Uses your configured topics, sources, and request limits to run the Apify actor Journalist Request Finder and fetch open journalist requests (including from SourceBottle and social sources).
• Automatically removes requests already sent in previous executions to prevent repeat alerts.
• Formats and appends results into consistent columns in your selected Google Sheets spreadsheet.
• Filters stored requests to keep only:
  • requests matching your topics (optional), and
  • requests with a closing time within your chosen deadline window (when available).
• Sends a single Telegram digest sorted by “days left”, capped at 20 requests.
