What this workflow does

• Runs on demand in n8n when you click Execute workflow.
• Searches LinkedIn via Apify using an Apify LinkedIn profile search Actor, based on your configured query and filters (e.g., searchQuery, maxItems, yearsOfExperienceIds).
• Collects all returned LinkedIn profile URLs into a single list for downstream processing.
• Enriches each profile via a second Apify Actor to retrieve details such as names, company information, and email addresses.
• Writes results to Google Sheets by appending each enriched lead as a new row (name, last name, email, and company).

Technical details

Setup & customization

Connect your Apify API token in both Apify nodes, add your Google Sheets OAuth2 credential, then tailor the Apify search input to match your target persona. To automate it further, you can replace the manual trigger with an n8n Schedule Trigger node.
