What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 8:00 and loads your configured ideal customer profile, offer description, score threshold, and a per-run lead limit.
• Calls the Apify run-sync-get-dataset-items endpoint to fetch a fresh batch of leads from your selected actor.
• Normalizes and deduplicates incoming lead fields into a consistent structure, then caps processing to your max leads per run.
• If no leads are returned, the workflow stops processing. Otherwise, each lead is sent to the OpenAI Chat Completions API to generate:
  • a JSON score from 1–10,
  • a one-sentence reason.
• Parses the AI response, attaches the verdict to each lead, formats a final row with timestamp, lead details, score, reason, and threshold, and appends every processed lead to Google Sheets.
