What this workflow does

• Runs every morning at 8 AM to fetch recent hiring activity.
• Builds a search payload from your niche settings (job titles/keywords and optional filters like industries, company sizes, and locations) and queries the Apify Hirebase jobs feed.
• If the job feed fails, immediately sends a Slack message with error details and stops lead logging.
• Groups postings by company, summarizing role count, titles, locations, and job links into one lead per company.
• Deduplicates across runs by skipping companies that already appeared in previous executions, and filters out companies below your minimum open-role threshold.
• Uses OpenAI to draft a two-line outreach opener for each remaining company.
• Appends leads to Google Sheets (company details, roles, links, and the AI opener).
• Posts to Slack as either an immediate alert for hot leads or a digest for standard leads.
