This n8n workflow runs weekly to scrape recent UK hiring-signal leads via an Apify actor, enriches them with valid emails, instantly adds them to your Instantly.ai campaign, and logs every lead to Google Sheets for tracking.

What this workflow does

• Scheduled scraping (weekly): The workflow runs every Sunday at 11pm.
• Starts Apify “Hiring Signal Lead Scraper”: It launches the actor with predefined job board sources, UK location filters, target job-title keywords, and email enrichment enabled.
• Filters to valid-email leads: After fetching the actor dataset, it keeps only leads that include a valid email address.
• Maps leads to Instantly.ai fields: Each lead is formatted into Instantly.ai lead fields (including email, name, company) and augmented with metadata such as hiring role, source, lead score, and date added.
• Batch delivery to Instantly: Leads are processed in batches of 10, then sent to the Instantly.ai API to add them to your specified campaign with a preset personalization message.
• Logs to Google Sheets: Every processed lead is appended to a tab named “Hiring Signal Leads” with tracking columns (Email, First Name, Last Name, Company, Hiring Signal, Source, Lead Score, Date Added).
