This n8n workflow reads domains from your Google Sheets, uses Apify’s Verified Website Contact Finder to extract published contact information, and automatically writes back `role` email results—or flags cases that need human review—so your lead lists stay accurate.

What this workflow does

• Starts manually when you run the workflow.
• Reads domains from Google Sheets by selecting rows where the status column is empty, then queues the next domains to process.
• Batches domains into a single list and sends them to the Apify Verified Website Contact Finder actor to retrieve published emails, phones, and social links.
• Classifies results per domain based on success, the presence of role-based emails vs personal emails, and specific error outcomes.
• Updates Google Sheets rows with:
  • Role email outcomes: writes role emails, phones, socials, and sets a role_found status when role-based addresses exist.
  • Personal-only outcomes: writes personal emails and sets personal_only_review when only personal addresses are found.
  • No-contact outcomes: sets no_contact_published when the site publishes no contact details.
  • Retry handling: clears the status to retry later when the site is unreachable or errors occur.
