Automate next-step auto repair service reminders: this n8n workflow runs every morning, pulls due customers from Google Sheets, uses Google Gemini to draft plain-text reminder emails, sends via Gmail (or a test copy), and logs each reminder back to the sheet.

What this workflow does

• Runs daily at 9:00 AM on a schedule.
• Reads your customer data from the Customers tab in Google Sheets.
• Calculates the next service due date from last_service_date and service_interval_days.
• Filters which customers to contact based on a configured reminder window, skipping opt_out, invalid emails, customers already reminded for the same due date, and enforcing a daily send cap.
• Generates personalized reminders using Google Gemini, producing a short plain-text email per customer; if generation fails, it falls back to a default message.
• Sends emails through Gmail:
  • Live mode enabled: send to the customer email.
  • Live mode disabled: send a test copy to the shop owner email.
• Updates the Google Sheets row with reminder_sent_at and the due date that was reminded, then waits 7 seconds before the next customer.
