Smart routing logic directs high-confidence classifications to specific channels while low-confidence emails flow to a catch-all channel with preserved classification hints. Finally, formatted messages with priority emojis land in your designated Slack channels.

Emails are automatically sorted into four key categories: 💳 Billing (invoices, payments, refunds, subscriptions), 🔧 Technical (bug reports, errors, login issues), 💼 Sales (pricing questions, demos, prospects), and 📥 Other (everything else plus uncertain classifications). Priority levels include 🚨 Urgent for angry customers and broken systems, 🟢 Normal for standard requests, and ⚪ Low for casual inquiries.
