What this workflow does
This n8n automation reads your prospect database from Google Sheets every weekday morning and intelligently manages your entire cold email campaign. The system cross-references each contact against a comprehensive send log, automatically skipping anyone who's already been contacted to prevent embarrassing duplicate outreach.
Each new prospect receives one of three carefully distributed email variants, with the workflow embedding unique tracking IDs for precise performance measurement. To protect your sender reputation, emails are dispatched individually with randomized 60-120 second delays between sends. Every interaction is meticulously logged to your Google Sheets, recording contact details, variant used, timestamps, and tracking IDs.
The built-in open tracking system uses 1×1 pixel technology to capture email opens, automatically recording engagement against each prospect's tracking ID for strategic follow-up prioritization.
