What this workflow does

• Validates timing by ensuring the submitted Last Working Date is today or later before continuing.
• Looks up the employee in Google Sheets using the submitted Employee ID, then generates IT and HR task checklists from the employee details.
• Creates ClickUp tasks for IT and HR based on those checklists, so teams can execute the process consistently.
• Sends Slack notifications to dedicated IT and HR channels to kick off offboarding immediately.
• Runs weekly for task status: fetches related ClickUp tasks, calculates completed vs. pending work, and posts an escalation to the management Slack channel when pending tasks remain.
