- Initiates every day at 08:00 (Europe/Rome) to ensure all deadlines are up-to-date.
- Reads and validates each fiscal deadline, email, and date from the `Scadenze` tab of your Google Sheets.
- Calculates the days remaining to each deadline and categorizes them as 7-day reminders, 2-day reminders, or identifies them as invalid or to be skipped.
- Coordinates group emails for 7-day reminders, crafting a consolidated HTML message sent via Gmail to each client.
- Updates the Google Sheets `Scadenze` tab with a status of “Reminder 7gg Inviato” along with the send timestamp for goal tracking.
- Dispatches urgent 2-day reminder emails, reflecting status updates in Google Sheets as “Reminder 2gg Inviato” with send timestamps.
- Logs invalid data and API errors into an `Errori` tab in Google Sheets, allowing quick review and correction by your team later.
