• Sends the AI review to Slack with a link to a hosted PR approval form, awaiting a decision from a human reviewer.
• After a decision is made within 24 hours, it updates GitHub accordingly—approves and merges, requests changes, or closes the PR—and confirms the action back to Slack (optionally Discord).
