What This Workflow Does

• Every day at 06:45, the workflow is triggered to run automatically.
• Scans your Gmail inbox for the last 90 days, focusing on emails that contain invoice or receipt keywords in either German or English.
• Excludes any emails that are already labeled as processed to prevent duplication.
• Constructs a precise Anthropic Claude query using email metadata to extract invoice details like vendor, total amount, currency, date, and description in JSON format.
• Sends this information to the Anthropic Messages API to receive a structured JSON array of invoice data.
• Validates the extracted data, ensuring each entry has a valid positive total amount, supported currency, and a proper YYYY-MM-DD date format.
• Logs each verified invoice entry into an n8n Data Table.
• Labels each processed email in your Gmail to avoid future duplications.
