  • Data Retrieval: If DND is not enabled, the workflow fetches the guest's reservation details and any outstanding service requests from Google Sheets.
  • Contextual Analysis: It determines if the guest is new, currently checked in, or has any pending requests, and compiles this information for assistance.
  • Intelligent Response: Employing Google Gemini with Redis memory, it creates a ready-to-send WhatsApp reply, consulting a Google Docs amenities document for any policy or pricing queries.
  • Data Management: Appropriately, the assistant updates or creates entries in Google Sheets concerning guest profiles, reservations, or service requests, then communicates back to the guest on WhatsApp.
  • Dynamic Reservation Update: When a reservation entry is modified or added in the Reservations sheet, it automatically syncs with the "Masked Reservations" Google Sheets.
