After a 2-day wait period, the system sends an automated follow-up email through Gmail. Following an additional 3-day interval, it intelligently checks the HubSpot contact record for recent email replies. If a response is detected, the workflow instantly posts an alert to your designated Slack channel, updates the deal status to "Meeting Booked," and logs the successful outcome to Google Sheets for tracking.

When no reply is found, the automation sends a professional breakup email, marks the deal as "Closed Lost" in HubSpot, and documents the result in your Google Sheets dashboard.
