Generate, publish, and log multi-platform carousel posts from one form submission—automatically

This n8n workflow automates the full process of creating Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn carousel posts: it collects a topic via an n8n form, uses OpenAI to plan slide text and generate images, uploads everything to PostWire, publishes as a multi-image post on selected networks, and then records results to Google Sheets (with email alerts on failures).

What this workflow does

• Receives a submission from an n8n form with: carousel topic, target audience, number of slides, and which networks to publish to.
• Plans the carousel with OpenAI (gpt-5-mini) by generating a JSON structure including per-slide headlines, image prompts, alt text, and platform-specific captions.
• Generates slide images using OpenAI GPT Image (gpt-image-1-mini) and requests an upload URL from PostWire for each slide.
• Uploads and finalizes media on PostWire, then aggregates hosted media URLs in the original slide order.
• Publishes as a multi-image post to Instagram, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn via PostWire using an idempotency key based on the form submission.
• Logs outcomes to Google Sheets: if all platforms succeed, it appends a “posted” record with slide headlines and post links.
• Handles failures automatically: if any platform fails, it logs error details to Google Sheets and sends a Gmail message with platform-specific fixes and any successfully published links.
