What this workflow does

• Receives claims via webhook: Accepts a POST request containing claimant name, email, description, amount, and attachment count.
• Enriches with prior history: Looks up the claimant in a Google Sheets “Claims” tab to count prior claims, then appends that context to the claim summary.
• Classifies claim type & risk: Sends the enriched summary to Jev Router to estimate claim type, severity, fraud risk, and customer distress with confidence values.
• Routes outcomes intelligently: Uses rules to auto-process or send cases to human review based on fraud risk, low model confidence, high severity, or a high claimed amount.
• Human-in-the-loop review in Slack: For review cases, drafts an internal reviewer briefing with DeepSeek, posts it to Slack, and captures approve/reject decisions.
• Suggested payout & customer email: For approved claims, uses a DeepSeek-powered agent and a calculator tool to compute a suggested payout, then drafts an acknowledgment email.
• Audit trail: Sends the email via Gmail and appends claim details, scores, confidence values, status, and timestamps to Google Sheets.
