  • Verifies whether an updated row already has a corresponding Google Calendar Event ID.
  • If the Event ID is empty, the workflow searches for existing events with matching details and updates Google Sheets with the appropriate Event ID.
  • When no matching event is found, it creates an all-day Google Calendar event using the details from the Google Sheets entry and records the new Event ID back in the sheet.
  • For rows with an existing Event ID, the system compares current Google Calendar details with Google Sheets and updates the calendar as needed.
  • Sends a summarizing message to a designated Telegram group whenever an event is created or updated, so your team stays informed.
