It extracts attached invoice documents, converts them to text using the Ainoflow API (500 free monthly uses included), and intelligently maps key fields like landlord details, tenant information, property addresses, amounts, and invoice numbers. All extracted data gets saved as structured rows in your Google Sheets spreadsheet. Once processing completes, you receive an email notification and the original invoice email moves out of your inbox.

The workflow integrates with OpenRouter for free AI model access, though you can easily switch to OpenAI if preferred. For optimal results, spend a few minutes during initial setup manually mapping invoice fields to match your specific invoice format—this significantly improves extraction accuracy.
