• Automatically normalizes WhatsApp numbers to the E.164 international standard and checks Airtable for existing applications using the email or phone number to prevent duplicates.
• Stores CV files in Google Drive, setting permissions to "anyone with the link," and adds new entries in Airtable with a pending screening status.
• Leverages OpenRouter to analyze the CVs by extracting text and scoring them against the n8n Automation Expert rubric, generating a summary and identifying key skills.
• Routes applications based on AI scores: 70+ are shortlisted, 50–69 require further review, and under 50 are rejected. Updates Airtable with the AI results and sends automated interview invitations via Calendly and Gmail to shortlisted candidates.
