The real magic happens in the data processing phase. All job listings are merged into a unified stream, then normalized with consistent fields including title, company, link, description, posted date, salary, job type, visa sponsorship status, and company information. The workflow scores each position for relevance using intelligent role and tech-stack matching with synonym expansion, categorizes roles automatically, filters out weak matches, and sorts results by both relevance and recency before appending everything to your Google Sheets.
