- Scores each lead based on intent keywords and contact completeness, assigning appropriate priority levels (hot, review, normal) and an SLA classification.
- Logs every lead into a Google Sheets “Lead audit” tab, complete with scoring metadata, and assigns routing responsibilities.
- Sends hot leads with a score of 70 or higher directly to your sales team via Gmail and medium leads with a score of 40 or more to operations for review.
- Returns a detailed JSON response summarizing the lead's priority, score, SLA, and routing owner back to your webhook.
