• Applies filters to maintain only those businesses whose addresses match the specified "niche in city" criteria, eliminating duplicates across search results.
• Scores each business based on key indicators such as missing website, poor ratings, few reviews, and absent phone numbers, along with an explanation for each score.
• Appends comprehensive lead details—name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews, category, score, opportunities, and Google Maps link—into a Google Sheets "Leads" tab.
