• Fetches all corresponding line items from your separate "line items" sheet tab using invoice number matching
• Aggregates line items and automatically calculates invoice totals
• Generates a professional PDF using your pre-configured DocuPotion invoice template with merged customer details and line items
• Uploads the finished PDF to Google Drive with standardized naming: "Invoice-{invoice_number}.pdf"
• Updates the original Google Sheets row with the PDF link and changes status to "Sent"

The workflow processes multiple invoices simultaneously - flip several rows to "Active" status and each gets handled independently. Default polling runs every minute, fully customizable to your needs.
