This n8n workflow automatically generates real estate listing flyers in Canva: when a row in Google Sheets is marked YES in the ready column, it locates the matching listing photo in Google Drive, fills your Canva brand template using Canva Data Autofill, and writes the finished flyer link back to the same sheet.

What this workflow does

• Watches your Google Sheet for changes to the ready column in the configured worksheet.
• Filters edits: it only processes rows where ready = YES, ignoring all other modifications.
• Finds the photo in Google Drive by searching a specified Drive folder for a photo file that matches the listing_id.
• Creates the flyer in Canva: if the photo is found, the workflow uploads the image to Canva as an asset and uses Canva Data Autofill to generate a new design from your Canva Enterprise brand template using the row’s listing details (e.g., address, price, beds/baths, agent name/phone).
• Updates the row in Google Sheets:
  • Sets ready = DONE, sets status to DESIGN_WITH_PHOTO, and writes the Canva design URL.
  • If no photo is found, sets ready = DONE and status to NO_PHOTO.
