• Lead Extraction and Scoring: Extracts necessary details like transcript, phone number, call SID, and recording URL. Submits the transcript to Google Gemini, which provides structured lead information, a Hot/Warm/Cold score, and drafts SMS/email replies.
• Reply and Log: Sends acknowledgment SMS via Twilio and, if applicable, an email through Gmail. Logs each lead with details and messaging status into Google Sheets.
• Agent Notification: For Hot leads, the system immediately alerts the agent via Gmail and Slack, marking "Agent Notified" as true in Google Sheets.
