• Accesses Google Sheets for URLs: Extracts property listing page URLs from the “Property Sources” tab in your Google Sheets.
• Captures HTML with Snapshot Site: Processes each URL independently, capturing the fully rendered HTML of each page.
• Error Logging: If an error occurs during capture, the workflow logs the URL, error message, and timestamp to the “Extraction Errors” tab.
• HTML Cleaning: Cleans the captured HTML by removing unnecessary scripts/styles and prepares it for extraction.
• Information Extraction via OpenAI: Uses OpenAI with the n8n Information Extractor to pull structured listing details from the cleaned HTML.
