This n8n workflow automates one of the most time-consuming early tendering tasks: extracting every question from an RFP and generating supplier-ready question-and-answer pairs using an OpenAI Assistant loaded with your company knowledge.

What this workflow does

• Ingest the buyer’s RFP — Send the RFP as a digital document into the workflow (e.g., via the provided webhook request with an attached file).
• Extract all questions — The first AI agent scans the parsed document and outputs the RFP questions into a structured list.
• Configure an OpenAI Assistant — Before running, the supplier sets up an OpenAI assistant and preloads it with company brand, marketing, and technical documents.
• Loop through questions — For each extracted buyer question, the workflow prompts the OpenAI Assistant and captures the resulting answers.
• Export for review — When all questions are satisfied, the workflow exports the complete Q&A set into a new document so a sales team member can respond quickly.
