  • Routes the request based on intent. If no intent is identified, it stops the process.
  • For SEND_INVOICE: Identifies the client in the Google Sheets “Client Bill” spreadsheet. If not found, a Slack error is posted; otherwise, PdfBro generates an invoice PDF, Gmail emails it to the client, updates the “Client Invoices” spreadsheet, and posts a Slack confirmation.
  • For REMIND_INVOICE: Retrieves an unpaid invoice from Google Sheets, regenerates the PDF, dispatches a reminder via Gmail, and confirms or errors back to Slack.
  • For CHECK_STATUS: Tracks invoices in the Google Sheets “Client Invoices” and reports total and status in Slack, or an error if no match is found.
