High-risk tenants trigger Slack alerts to property managers, while medium- and low-risk tenants receive tailored outreach—so you can respond faster and more consistently.

What this workflow does

• Runs on a 24-hour schedule to keep churn visibility up to date.
• Loads churn model weights and reads tenant master records from a specified Google Sheets worksheet (using spreadsheet ID and sheet gid).
• Scores each tenant for payment friction, maintenance friction, and lease proximity based on spreadsheet fields.
• Analyzes tenant communications with Google Gemini to generate a 0–100 sentiment risk score plus a one-sentence summary.
• Calculates a weighted churn risk score, labels tenants as High / Medium / Low, and routes them accordingly.
• High risk path: updates the tenant record in Google Sheets with a CRM flag and risk score, then sends a Slack alert to the property manager.
• Medium/low risk path: writes the risk flag and score back to Google Sheets and sends targeted Gmail outreach (renewal or check-in), including a calendar link placeholder.
